Purchases are made on Etsy
This site describes First Day Ready products but doesn't sell anything directly. All purchases are made on Etsy, under Etsy's terms of use and the details shown on each listing. Prices on this site are a guide; the price shown on Etsy at checkout is the one that applies.
Digital downloads and refunds
Products are digital downloads; nothing physical is posted. Because they are digital files, returns, exchanges and cancellations can't be accepted once the files have been downloaded. If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't what the listing describes, message me through Etsy and I'll send a working replacement, or give you a refund if I can't put it right. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Licence
When you buy, you can use and adapt the templates within your own business, including across more than one site. Please don't resell the files, include them in another product, course or download, share or upload them publicly, or give them to other businesses. HR consultants, accountants and advisers who want to use them with clients should get in touch first.
